Olenjack's Grille becomes a seafood haven for staycationers
Arlington, Texas (November 3, 2008) - Back by popular demand, Olenjack's Grille has announced another patio event for those who love New England style seafood but who are trimming back on dining and traveling this year. Olenjack's Grille is the only locally owned fine dining restaurant in Arlington that features luxury eats at undermarket prices.
Olenjack's Grille will hold a New England Seafood Boil on Monday, Nov. 10. featuring a family style patio dining experience and a three-course prix-fixe menu of seafood delights. The evening mixer is part of a new patio dining series that caters to food loving, budget-minded families.
At the event, Chef Brian Olenjack, who first stunned patrons as the executive chef for the Reata, will cook among his guests on the patio as he prepares the steaming seafood boil in large kettles and offers tips on wine and beer pairings.
"This is really a unique fine dining event and a rare opportunity for seafood lovers to enjoy authentic New England style flavors right in their backyard at a fraction of the price," said owner Chef Olenjack.
The New England Seafood Boil menu for Nov. 10 includes:
· Mixed greens salad with tomato vinaigrette
· A combination plate of crab, shrimp, and Andouille sausage served with new potatoes, corn on the cob, and a secret blend of spices; and
· Granny Smith apple cake topped with salted caramel sauce
The price to attend Olenjack's Monday Seafood Boil is $35 per adult plus tax and tip. For kids 12 and under, a seafood boil children's portion will be priced at $17 plus tax and tip. Seating is available from 6-8 p.m. Since seating is limited, RSVPs are required by calling (817) 226-2600.
