Chef Brian Olenjack To Cook Up Thanksgiving Brunch and
On-The-Go Meals

Arlington, Texas (November 12, 2008) - For those who want to ease the stress and panic of Thanksgiving Day, Olenjack's Grille is offering two seasonal dining options to make it easier to enjoy the holiday with family and friends. The locally owned restaurant has expanded its Thanksgiving Day Brunch and has also unveiled a luxurious holiday menu of On-The-Go meals that are reasonably priced and that can be picked up hot to serve at home.

Olenjack's, which is one of Dallas/Fort Worth's only upscale restaurants moderately priced, is also the only non-chain fine dining restaurant in Arlington open on Thanksgiving Day.

"We know that Thanksgiving, although it should be a wonderful opportunity to spend with families and friends, can also be an incredibly stressful time for a family that's hosting the holiday," said Chef Brian Olenjack. "So we've given families two affordable ways to create the best holiday memories while enjoying the finest in food and wine."

The Thankgsiving Day Brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27. Pricing is $30 per adult and $14 per child plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required by calling (817) 226-2600.
