Olenjack's Grille pours out the love with 'Valentine's week' dinners and Rose-a-Thon benefiting SafeHaven

Arlington, Texas (February 2, 2009) - Olenjack's Grille has announced "Valentine's Week," a holiday experience designed to give everyone a night out while showing some love to SafeHaven of Tarrant County. For five straight evenings leading up to Valentine's Day, Olenjack's will offer a special dining event to celebrate the holiday. It will also hold a rose-a-thon during the holiday week.

The week kicks off with a Valentine's Surf & Turf dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 10 followed by a Valentine's Day Dinner offered every night Wednesday through Saturday. Also beginning immediately, couples and families can pre-order red and pink roses to surprise their loved ones at Olenjack's evening gatherings or for a pick-up only.

"With Valentine's Day falling on a busy weekend this year, we thought it would be nice to give couples and families a few ways to celebrate around the holiday so noone gets left out and everyone enjoys the occasion," said owner Chef Brian Olenjack. "It's a great opportunity to show your love and appreciation all week long to people who matter most."

About Valentine's Surf & Turf

The evening starts on Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 6 p.m. with a three-course menu that includes entrees such as Grilled Rosemary Garlic Beef or Grilled Lobster with Spicy Shallot Butter. Desserts include Caramel Cake with Mocha Mousse. The cost to attend is $55 per person plus tax and gratuity.

From Wednesday, Feb. 11 through Valentine's Day, seating starts at 5 p.m. Special V-day delights will include:

Salt & Pepper Salmon with Caramelized Shallot Mashed Potato
Tenderloin and Chicken Fried Lobster
Pork Tenderloin with Pancetta & Tomato Jus served with Creamy Brie Polenta

Desserts include Milk & White Chocolate Mousse with Blackberry Strawberry Coulis or Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake Strawberries. Three-course menu prix-fixe pricing ranges from $40-100 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Customers can place their orders for red and pink roses beginning immediately and up to Valentine's Day morning by calling Olenjack's at (817) 226-2600. Roses are $50 a dozen or $4.25 a stem. Rose proceeds benefit SafeHaven of Tarrant County.
