• What do you love about your role? Helping people put together a great event. I love knowing that I did my best, the event went perfect and everyone is happy.

• Why do you think so many people and businesses flock to Olenjack’s to cater their events? I think we have a very loyal following because of a few important reasons. The first is that our clients know they’re going to be well taken care of. Second, the menu that Chef Olenjack and our team create is going to be amazing time after time.

• What do you enjoy doing when you’re not busy booking parties & catering? I love spending time with my husband and family.

• What is your most memorable event to cater at Olenjack’s? Catering for the passengers on Emirates inaugural flight to Dubai out of DFW Airport. It was such a great experience. They called to start the booking process my first day on the job. Talk about hitting the ground running!
• If you weren’t in the restaurant/hospitality business, where do you think you’d be? I am not sure… I’ve always loved events and really can’t see myself doing anything else. Ever since I was a little girl, I was planning my own birthday parties.

• So if I wanted to book the restaurant or have you cater an event – like a wedding or a corporate function – what’s a reasonable amount of notice? I would say two to three months out for larger events. For smaller events, we can put something together in two weeks.

• Which appetizer, entrée, dessert & beverage on the menu are your favorites? I don’t think that I can choose just one. I have tried several different items from the menu and I love them all!
